Deoleo purchased by Italian investment funds?

Here we find a youtube video uploaded by LaSextaNoticias. It explains the spanish government fear for its national settled firm Deoleo to be purchased and controlled by italian businessman. An Italian investment fund is interested in the undertaking in spite of the government and Andalusian board opposition ( they believe it would have very negative effects on oil spanish markets). Furthermore, this Italian-Spanish oil war is not something new, lots of italian commercialized oil are in fact from Spain.
